Accu-Labs offers a complete product offering of high-performance, zinc plating brighteners for cyanide, alkaline non-cyanide, and acid chloride zinc plating baths. These products are used in barrel, rack, and continuous plating applications that are processed through both manual and automatic lines. Our solutions produce brilliant zinc deposits, with low-deposit stress, excellent throwing power and adhesion properties. Our zinc process systems offer high stability and long life that provides a low operating cost to the end user.

Accu-Labs 804

Accu-Labs 804 is an improved brightener process that is typically used in alkaline non-cyanide zinc plating applications. This process produces bright, lustrous zinc plating with excellent throwing power. The deposit readily accepts all types of chromate conversion coatings. Accu-Labs 804 offers uniform thickness and brightness over normal rack and barrel current density ranges, depositing over 0.0005 inch thickness without compromising adhesion or ductility qualities.

The Accu-Labs 804 process uses a highly efficient, concentrated liquid brightener system to produce an exceptional zinc deposit with excellent throwing and superior covering properties. It is recommended for use on complex components and applications, such as computer cabinets. It performs equally well in barrel and rack installations, and offers compatibility with pollution control restrictions. This process does not contain any complexors and chelators.

Accu-Labs 940 zinc plating process is an alkaline cyanide-free process that produces bright lustrous deposits over a wide current density range. The process is suitable for both rack and barrel plating operations.

Accu-Labs 940 brightener is an easy-to-use single additive system. The Accu-Labs 940 brightener product contains a balanced mixture of high-, mid-, and low-current density brightening agents as well as the conditioner and purifier components needed to maintain the zinc plating bath.

Accu-Labs 902

Accu-Labs 902 is a highly concentrated, liquid addition agent that produces brilliant, level, ductile deposits from pure ammonium chloride electrolytes or mixed acid chloride electrolytes containing potassium and ammonium chloride. Accu-Labs 902 baths operate economically at low levels of zinc metal, approximately half that required in pure potassium electrolytes. These baths also operate at extremely high temperatures, up to 135 F., or 57 C.

Accu-Labs 973 Zinc Cobalt

Accu-Labs 973-CO is a liquid cobalt additive for use with Accu-Labs 940 alkaline zinc brightener to make a cobalt-zinc alloy plating system. Cobalt alloy deposits have been found to offer much greater protection when applied to steel components and produce a several fold increase in protection when compared with un-alloyed zinc deposits.

Accu-Labs 802 Zinc Iron
