Accu-Labs 870 is a tin cobalt alloy plating process that provides a fully bright decorative finish over bright nickel that resembles the appearance of chromium plating. It offers the advantage of ease and ability to plate in bulk small components of widely different shapes using standard barrel plating equipment.
Accu-Labs 870 Tin-Cobalt offers superior covering and throwing power compared to chrome plating. Accu-Labs 870 corrosion resistance is equivalent to chromium deposit.
Accu-Labs 402 Black Tin-Nickel

Accu-Labs 934 is a neutral, sulfate-based tin-zinc electroplating process to produce a tin-zinc alloy deposit containing 70% tin and 30% zinc. Unlike other tin-zinc processes based on cyanide, fluoborate, and pyrophosphate, the Accu-Labs 934 system is easier to control and produces deposits with a high degree of uniformity.

Accu-Labs Tincote-1 is a new development in the field of immersion tin plating. It is used at room temperature and contains no cyanides or any other chemicals that can cause a disposal problem.
Accu-Labs Tincote-1 deposits are a fine grain structure, white and bright in color, and extremely dense. The deposits are ductile, soft and adherent. The deposited tin has good abrasion and chemical resistance. Accu-Labs Tincote-1 baths are exceptionally stable and have a long life, making them practical and economical for large volume production.
Accu-Labs Tincote-1 is used directly over copper and also enhances the solderability and corrosion resistance of solder-plated circuits. Accu-Labs Tincote-1 is potentially helpful whenever solderability problems exist.

The deposited tin has good abrasion and chemical resistance. Accu-Labs 850 baths are stable and have a long life, making them practical and economical for large volume production applications.
