Metal Strippers

Accu-Labs, Inc. has invested in the development of environmentally responsible technologies and can provide innovative solutions in the area of metal removal through chemical immersion stripping. Accu-Labs metal strippers provide economic alternatives to that of mechanical stripping or of the disposal of finished materials. Significant cost savings can be realized through improved output requiring less production hours, decreased processing times, and the salvage of finished materials. The matrix chart outlined below provides a brief synopsis of each metal stripper, indicating the types of materials that are easily removed from a variety of substrates.

Download Tech Data SheetSee the product videoProduct Video
Accu-Labs Nitra-Boost #302 is a free-flowing, powdered concentrate that is mixed with nitric acid and water to make a non-fuming, non-sludging solution for stripping nickel plate, electroless nickel, copper, zinc, brass, iron, tin, tin-lead alloys, and cadmium from stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium racks. An addition of 1 oz/gal of Accu-Labs Nitra-Boost #302, increases this rate to 28 mils/hour, all the way up to 60 mils/hour at 4 oz/gal.

Accu-Labs #315 Diecast Strip

Accu-Labs #315 Diecast Strip is a unique blend of surface activating ingredients specifically formulated for removing copper, brass, nickel, and chrome from zinc diecastings electrolytically without attack to the base material.

310 Metal Stripper

Download Tech Data Sheet
Accu-Labs #310 Nickel Strip is a powdered material that is mixed with sodium cyanide and water to strip nickel, copper, brass cadmium, zinc, and silver from steel, iron, and their alloys. Accu-Labs #310 Nickel Strip solution strips nickel at the rate of 0.5 mils to 2.0 mils per hour depending upon the concentration, temperature, agitation and age of solution.

313 Nickel Metal Stripper

Download Tech Data Sheet
Accu-Labs 313 Nickel Strip is a powdered material that is mixed with sulfuric acid and water to strip nickel from copper and copper alloys. No electrical current is needed as 313 Nickel Strip dissolves the coatings chemically.

320 Nickel Metal Stripper

Download Tech Data Sheet
#320 Nickel Strip is a non-cyanide, immersion stripper that completely dissolves nickel from steel and copper base parts without attack to the base metal.

323 Metal Stripper

Download Tech Data Sheet
Accu-Labs 323 Metal Strip is an acidic, liquid material that is mixed with nitric acid and water for the rapid removal of nickel, copper, silver, zinc, cadmium, gold, brass, lead, and tin/lead alloys from aluminum or stainless steel parts. No electrical current is needed as 323 Metal Strip dissolves the coatings chemically. A fresh solution of 323 Metal Strip will remove approximately 1 mil of nickel per minute.

327 Nickel Metal Stripper

Download Tech Data Sheet
327 Nickel Strip is a non-cyanide, alkaline stripper system that dissolves electroless and electrolytic nickel deposits from steel, copper, and copper alloys. A separate inhibitor may be added to allow the removal of nickel from aluminum and zinc die castings.
