High Phosphorus

In addition to our low- to mid-level phosphorus electroless nickel products, Accu-Labs also produces high-phosphorus processes, typically consisting of 10%-14% weight percentages. High-phosphorus, electroless nickel plating is beneficial for applications that require excellent corrosion resistance and uniform coverage regardless of part geometry. Explore the high-phosphorus, electroless nickel options at your disposal!

Accu-Labs 387

Download Tech Data Sheet
The 387 Electroless Nickel System is specifically formulated to produce a semi-bright nickel-phosphorus deposit at a consistent rate of deposition. The 387 System is recommended for applications requiring minimum deposit porosity for severe corrosive environments. This option conforms with ELV, RoHS and WEEE directives, and meets Mil-C-26074E and AMS 2404C Specifications.

Accu-Labs 887
