Composite Coatings
Composite Electroless nickel coatings contain occluded compounds that codeposit into the electroless nickel coatings. These composite coatings provide excellent uniformity, abrasion resistance, and lower coefficient of friction. Accu-Labs, Inc. has developed composite coatings that can contain Diamond, PTFE (Teflon), boron nitride, and silicon carbide in the deposit.
