520-NP Burnishing Compound

Accu-Labs 520-NP is a new liquid concentrate for high-luster burnishing brass, copper alloys, zinc, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Accu-Labs 520-NP is designed for barrel, vibratory, and burnishing applications. A non-viscous liquid 520-NP mixes readily with cold or hot water and tolerates hard water conditions. It contains no soap and leaves no film on work.

525-NL Burnishing Compound

525-NL is a dry deburring compound for brass, copper alloys, zinc, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. Accu-Labs 525-NL mixes readily with hot or cold water in all proportions and has greater hard water tolerance than many other burnishing compounds. It contains no soap and leaves no film on treated parts. This compound has moderate foaming tendencies and excellent rinsability. Although 525-NL is acidic, it is mild enough to be safe on equipment and media requiring no special acid-proof equipment.

526CC Burnishing Compound

541NF Burnishing Compound

541NF is a dry burnishing compound for nickel, silver, copper, and brass. Accu-Labs 541NF burnishing compound is a dry, non-dusty, mildly alkaline powder, having a pH of approximately 9.5. Accu-Labs 541NF is completely and readily soluble in water to form a free rinsing solution. Accu-Labs 541NF has a balanced composition of soaps, surfactants, and water softeners that yield the correct amount of foam and lubrication necessary for quality work, free from stain or tarnish.

Accu-Labs 335 RXS Steel Tumbling Compound

Accu-Labs 335 RXS Steel Tumbling Compound is a highly alkaline based product that is used to remove light rust, clean and brighten steel in a barrel. Accu-Labs 335 RXS can also be used with abrasive for deburring and the removal of heavier rusts and scales.  When used at the concentration of 4 – 8 ounces per gallon of water, Accu-Labs 335 RXS brings up a brilliant luster on steel, and eliminates the need for any further cleaning prior to plating. When used as a burnishing compound, Accu-Labs 335 RXS can be used with balls, media, or self-rolling.

584D Burnishing Compound

Accu-Labs 584 Liquid Burnishing Compound was specifically developed for use in conventional and vibratory systems for the development of a high lustrous finish on zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, and brass. In addition to imparting a high luster to the metals burnished, Accu-Labs 584 has additional desirable features: Accu-Labs 584 keeps the steel shot bright and shiny. The balls do not darken after burnishing a number of loads. Zinc and aluminum can be burnished for hours without darkening.

831-P Buffing Compound Remover is phosphate-free and biodegradable, buffered, mildly alkaline liquid detergent, containing no soap, which is used for the economical and rapid removal of buffing compounds from most metals, especially gold. 831-P Buffing Compound Remover has excellent wetting and dispersing properties accounting for its long life and high tolerance for contamination.

Solutions of 831-P Buffing Compound Remover are highly effective in ultrasonic cleaning units. In a soak tank, agitation will greatly reduce the cleaning time and assist in removing clinging and loosened dirt particles. 831-P Buffing Compound Remover is excellent in the removal of buffing compounds from gold, silver, copper, and its alloys. However, 831-P Buffing Compound Remover is not recommended for aluminum.

2001-N Buffing Compound Remover

2001-N is a Liquid buffing compound remover. Accu-Labs 2001-N is a phosphate-free, biodegradable, buffered, mildly alkaline liquid detergent, which is used for the economical and rapid removal of buffing compounds from most metals. Accu-Labs 2001-N is especially effective in removing compounds from zinc and aluminum. Zinc can be soaked in Accu-Labs 2001-N for up to 10 minutes and aluminum up to 5 minutes at a rolling boil without tarnish or discoloring the zinc or aluminum. Accu-Labs 2001-N has excellent wetting and dispersing properties that account for its long life and high tolerance for contamination.
