History of Accu-Labs, Inc.
Accu-Labs, Inc. was launched in November 2001 as a specialty chemical company that services the needs of the plating and metal finishing industry. Today, we are a privately held multi-million-dollar company located in Chicago with a vast customer base, serving companies of every size, from smaller shops to Fortune 500® OEMs.
What Sets Accu-Labs, Inc. Apart
While our competitors, both small and large, have followed a trend of reducing sales, service, and research staffing over the years, Accu-Labs has invested more resources in these areas in an effort to establish and maintain partnerships with our customers; not just “vendorship”! With these resources, Accu-Labs has proven itself as a high-quality provider, boasting over hundreds of products and impressively quick service.
Locally Based, Nationally Known
While Accu-Labs has international customers, our greatest strength is our North American-based service, where a significant number of platers and metal finishers still exist. Our business partners rely on us to provide competitively priced, quality products in a timely manner. They also rely on us to assist in solving manufacturing problems quickly and efficiently. These objectives are accomplished with our fully-functioning analytical laboratory, environmental compliance team, and our technical service staff, all of which employ modern technology and pragmatic experience.
The Accu-Labs, Inc. Philosophy
Accu-Labs’ sales philosophy can best be described as a fully comprehensive, “Start-to-Finish” mindset. Since we both develop and manufacture what we sell, Accu-Labs understands the dynamics of metal finishing chemistry. Similarly, we understand how to limit the impact our processes have on the environment. Our highly experienced service personnel will assist in training the production employee and analytical personnel to provide a seamless transition when we assume account responsibility.
The Accu-Labs, Inc. Team
Our professional staff includes chemists, chemical engineers, technical service specialists, and technical sales account managers, all with an extensive background in the plating and metal finishing industry.
